Our skilled instructor, Carlyn Walker, will lead you through a comprehensive session including warm-up, stretching, rolling techniques, and mobility exercises. By the end of the workshop, our aim is for you to depart with a deeper understanding of fascia, practical experience in myofascial release, and the tools necessary to nurture your body independently.
