Pride Week Yoga

Kicking off pride week with a moment for mindfulness, this class is designed for the Queer community to create a space to move, breathe, and reconnect, with attention to both our individual lives and the larger social world around us.

The class will begin with a short mindfulness exercise, drawing connections between the work we do on the mat and the resilience, care, and grounding we need off the mat, too. Well move through a series of gentle standing and seated postures, and end in a meditative rest.

Open to all levels of experience, and every posture is optional.

You’re encouraged to opt out, modify, or rest whenever you want, no questions asked.

Come as you are. Move as you need. Allies welcome.
