Community Acupuncture
Community acupuncture is a shared healing experience offered in a quiet, supportive group setting. Treatments are provided in comfortable anti-gravity chairs, allowing your body to fully relax while receiving care.
This is a universal-style treatment, meaning each session focuses on points that support the nervous system, reduce stress, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. While treatments are not individualized in the traditional one-on-one sense, they are thoughtfully designed to benefit a wide range of conditions and support overall well-being.
You’ll rest with needles in place for approximately 30–45 minutes, often entering a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

What to expect
  • A calm, quiet room with others receiving treatment alongside you
  • Minimal conversation to preserve a restful, inward-focused environment
  • Gentle insertion of acupuncture needles (most people feel little to no discomfort)
  • A chance to fully unplug, reset, and restore

Before you arrive
  • Please come fed and hydrated (a light meal or snack is perfect)
  • Avoid coming on a completely empty stomach or immediately after a heavy meal
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to arms and lower legs

Upon arrival
  • You’ll be asked to review and sign a consent form before your first session
  • We’ll get you settled into your chair and answer any quick questions before treatment begins

During treatment
  • We ask that you observe silence once the session begins to support a peaceful space for all
  • You’re welcome to rest, meditate, or simply be

  • Community acupuncture is generally very safe and gentle
  • Please let us know if you are pregnant, prone to fainting, or have any medical conditions we should be aware of
  • If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we are nearby and available to assist
